自來水公司第六區管理處，為了解用戶實際需求，並廣徵業務興革意見，在台南歸仁服務所辦理「台水與您有約」活動，由經理王明孝親自率領幕僚團隊，就與會民眾關心之議題，如汰換管線、無自來水地區管線施作等等，進行充分的雙向溝通與具體回應。
與會的王定宇立委歸仁服務處吳雨欣主任，對歸仁所同仁於0206地震無水情況下，全力配合地方鄉里的需求，衷心感謝。另歸仁區八甲里楊進聰里長對水公司王明孝經理帶著團隊，直接與民眾面對面，認真的做事態度，給予極高度的肯定。
六區處經理王明孝表示，針對0206地震，水公司已進行相對應的改善措施，包含供水工程與復水調度、採多元管道發布停水通知等，水公司稟持與用戶一家的理念，不僅極力要求施作承包商要維持穩定良好的施工品質，亦秉持專業積極的監工態度，不僅要讓台南市民有水可用，更要讓用戶享有穩定與高品質的優質自來水。
另外與會之水電商業者高愛絲、用戶陳雅珍紛紛表示，對自來水公司能藉由座談會方式主動發掘民眾需求、積極解決地方用水問題及提升更優質的服務品質，給予極高度的肯定，使得該活動於和諧氣氛與掌聲中圓滿落幕。
